Exchange & Returns Policy

Products you purchase which are offered and delivered by dot jpeg studio cannot be refunded and as such can only be exchanged or replaced. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be either damaged upon unboxing or damaged because of handling from our end or while shipping or in transit.

We cannot look into requests for replacement or exchanges if your requests come after 5 days of your original delivery date.

Products damaged by customer either because of improper handling or not following instructions for care of product are customers' responsibility and dot jpeg studio claims no responsibility and is not obligated to proceed with a replacement or an exchange.

In the event of a genuine request for replacement or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with primary complaint and all relevant details.

Please do not send your purchase back to dot jpeg studio. All queries and requests will be processed via email and further telecommunication if needed.

You are to select any photograph you like from shop.jpeg in the event of an approved replacement or exchange. Change of framing is not applicable for replacements or exchanges.

Inspection

We reserve all the rights for examinations and inspections to verify the genuineness of the query raised. Upon and after careful inspection and examination, we may contact you to communicate our observations and how complaints can be processed further.

Late or missing (if applicable)

Products shipped to you from dot jpeg studio can take from 5 to 10 days to reach once orders are placed. In the unfortunate event of missing or late deliveries, we request you to reach us at contact@dotjpegstudio.com with all relevant details. Depending on the status of the order, if delivered late or lost in transit, you get to choose whether to refund or ask for a replacement or exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
